The Daily price includes: SWIMMING POOL - ENTERTAINMENT - 1 PARKING SPACE IN-SITE PARKING LOT- ELECTRICITY. HOT SHOWER NOT INCLUDED: 0.30 Eurocents per TOKEN
NOTE: Prices include VAT but do not include any visitors’ tax (if any applicable).
CAMPING PLACES:
The average size of camping places is 8.00 x 8.00 metres. Only tents, trailers and RVs are allowed on camping sites. Cars and motorcycles must be parked in our in-site parking lot. Cars and motorcycles will only be allowed on camping sites for loading and unloading. Canopies are not allowed over trailers and screen rooms. Plastic sheets are not allowed on lawns. Dedicated parking spaces are available for additional cars or cargo trailers. Tents and caravans must be placed in a specific position, which is illustrated by the Management upon arrival.
RESERVATION OF PARKING PLACES:
No reservations for stays of less than 18 days are accepted. Reservations are only accepted if confirmation is immediately followed by a guarantee deposit of 200.00 Euros per place. Upon reservation, the stay period must be indicated exactly, with a special precision for the arrival date. Reservations are for random camping sites. To book a specific site, a €25.00surcharge will be applied.
CANCELLATION:
The following penalties will be applied, with automatic holding of the guarantee deposit amount:
• Up to the 45thday before arrival: 30% of the reservation price..
• Up to the 30thday before arrival: 40% of the reservation price.
• Up to the 15thday before arrival: 70% of the reservation price.
After said terms, no refund is given for cancellations.
EARLY DEPARTURES:
In the case of early departure, the camping place must be paid for the entire remaining period reserved.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES:
Arrivals must be between 8.00 am and 2.00 p.m. and between 4.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m. (closed from 2.00 p.m. to4.00 p.m.). Departure must be before 12.00 noon.
ARRIVAL OF PEOPLE IN ADDITION TO THOSE ALREADYOCCUPYING A PLACE:
The DAILY FEE indicated at Camping Management office will be applied.
CAMPING BEACH:
There is a direct access to the beach from the village exit gate, the distance is 150 metres. The beach is sandy and equipped with umbrellas and chairs provided to bungalows. Umbrellas, chairs and long sunbathing chairs may be rented at the village Management office by customers. Rafts, paddleboats and canoes may be rented directly on the beach from the bathing attendant.

The Weekly Price includes : ELECTRICITY-GAS-WATER-SWIMMING POOL-ENTERTAINMENT-PARKING SPACE-BEACH SERVICE (1 beach umbrella, 1 deckchair, 1 beach mattress).
Air-conditioning and final cleaning not included.
LINEN:
Bungalows are not provided with linen; contact the Management for linen rental.

BUNGALOWS RESERVATION:
Reservations are only accepted if confirmation is immediately followed by a guarantee deposit of 50% of the total amount. When requesting two or more adjoining accommodations, an additional €40.00 is charged per each one. This option is not available for beach umbrellas.

The following penalties will be applied, with automatic holding of the guarantee deposit amount:
•Up to the 45thday before arrival: 30% of the reservation price.
•Up to the 30thday before arrival: 40% of the reservation price.

Stays are from Saturday to Saturday; arrivals are not accepted before 4.00 p.m., and departures are not allowed after 09.00 am on Saturdays.
EARLY DEPARTURES:
No price reduction will be applied on the amount corresponding to the period and number of people reserved for early total or partial departures. This rule is applied for all stay solutions: Full board or Rental.
PAYMENT OF STAY AND GUARANTEE DEPOSIT: Upon arrival, customers are requested to read prices and stay regulations, and settle the entire stay price, +40.00 Euros for final cleaning fee and 100.00 Euros cash guarantee deposit in advance.
