The Daily price includes: 1 PARKING SPACE ON-SITE PARKING LOT - ELECTRICITY - WATER - SWIMMING POOL, ENTERTAINMENT.

NOTE: All prices include VAT. Tourist tax not included.

CAMPING PLACES: The average size of camping places is 8.00 x 8.00 metres. Only tents, trailers and RVs are allowed on camping sites. Cars and motorcycles must be parked in our in-site parking lot. Cars and motorcycles will only be allowed on camping sites for loading and unloading. Canopies are not allowed over trailers and screen rooms. Plastic sheets are not allowed on lawns. Dedicated parking spaces are available for additional cars or cargo trailers. Tents and caravans must be placed in a specific position, which is illustrated by the Management upon arrival.

RESERVATION OF PARKING PLACES: No reservations for stays of less than 18 days are accepted. Reservations are only accepted if confirmation is immediately followed by a guarantee deposit of 200.00 Euros per place. Upon reservation, the stay period must be indicated exactly, with a special precision for the arrival date. Reservations are for random camping sites. To book a specific site, a € 25.00 surcharge will be applied.

CANCELLATIONS: The following penalties will be applied, with automatic holding of the guarantee deposit amount: • Up to the 45th day before arrival: 30% of the reservation price. • Up to the 30th day before arrival: 40% of the reservation price. • Up to the 15th day before arrival: 70% of the reservation price. After said terms, no refund is given for cancellations.

EARLY DEPARTURES: In the case of early departure, the camping place must be paid for the entire remaining period reserved.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES: Arrivals must be between 8.00 am and 2.00 p.m. and between 4.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m. (closed from 2.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m.). Departure must be before 11.00 noon.

ARRIVAL OF PEOPLE IN ADDITION TO THOSE ALREADY OCCUPYING A PLACE: The DAILY FEE indicated at Camping Management office will be applied.

CAMPING BEACH: There is a direct access to a sandy beach from the village exit gate, the distance is 150 metres. Umbrellas, chairs and long sunbathing chairs may be rented directly on the beach from the bathing attendant.

EXCLUSIONS: Warm Showers: 30 cents per token.

BUNGALOW RESERVATION: The reservation will only be considered valid if the confirmation is followed by the payment of a deposit which amounts to 50% of the total amount payable. The request for two or more adjacent structures has an extra cost of € 40 per structure. The request for two or more beach umbrellas beside one another has an extra cost of € 30 a week for each umbrella. The request for a front row beach umbrella must be carried out at the time of reservation and has an extra cost of € 50 a week.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE: All weekly bookings at the campsite are from Saturday to Saturday, or Sunday to Sunday. The facilities are made available to the guests from 16.00 on arrival day and must be vacated by 09.00 on departure day.

EARLY DEPARTURES: There will be no reduction of any kind for early departure. This rule will be applied on all types of bookings: full board or renting.

PAYMENT OF BOOKINGS AND DEPOSIT: On arrival the guest must pay the entire cost of the stay in advance, as well as a € 100 deposit (in cash). The services which are not included in the stay, compulsory and non-compulsory must be paid in cash only.

COMPULSORY SERVICES NOT INCLUDED: Final Cleaning € 40

NON-COMPULSORY SERVICES NOT INCLUDED: Linen rental:
- Bed linen for double bed € 8 per change
- Bed linen for single bed € 7 per change
- Bathroom towels € 6 per change for each person
- Use of Air Conditioning only in equipped premises, € 35 a week;
- Daily cleaning of bungalows and mobile homes € 12 per clean;
- Baby cot and highchair are free of charge but must be requested when booking.
